Comments:
Ok coming off your hilly, last minute, crazy 10 k race,
Today needs to just be easy as I'm expecting you'll be sore..
I do still want 4 miles but I do not want it hard.
Let's do 6 min runs followed by 1 min walks but as I said, paces easy;)
