Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I want today to be your hard but short day at run club..
Since you are racing again this weekend, I'd like thurs. Fri and sat. To be easy or off.
So for today we are looking at:
Run 1st mile somewhat easy(maybe high 12's with that hill at run club) can include some short walks
Run 2nd mile faster( mid to high 11's, try not to walk)
Walk 2 minutes.
Run last mile pretty fast or at least at your hardest effort and see if you can hit 11's again)
This should equal close to 3.1 miles whether on own or at run club;)
