Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6x300 at 800 meter race pace with 3 minutes rest in between. I don't remember exactly what my times where but I think they were all around 54. My legs hurt a ton on this workout, probably because I had pt today. Other than that I loved this workout. I really hope that my form is improving because I feel like it's really screwing up the rest of my body right now.
