Tues. Or wed.
Looking for easy 4 miles with pickups the last .2 of each mile.
Again these pickups are never so fast that you have to stop and walk but if you are running maybe 9 min pace in the heat, try to hit low 7's for that last .2 of each mile..

Ran after work, felt good!
Most of the run can be easy, but do want to get in some extra speed in the legs after trip;)
