Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I need to work on two things this week: keeping my shoulders relaxed and not cracking my neck. I left keg got tingly during the run and I think a nerve was slightly pinchd or something. I was pretty achy and twiggy all over but I got my shoulders adjusted early today and there is a big difference. I'm sooo nervous for tomorrow. I've been thinkinf about this meet all weekend.
