Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4x800 workout, mostly with Silas and a few others. Silas and I paced well together: I would pace the first 400 at around 1:20, then Silas would take over for the second 4. The first one, we didn't do this, and it was a lot slower than it could have been, but we turned it into a strong workout. I can feel my kick coming together. Nice run with Jack on the way back to school. Poor conditions.
