Comments:
Not good. Ran 16 and 8. No prs in either event. I guess I didn't want it enough to succeed in the mile. I didn't follow my in-race checklist before I started and came out flat. The 8 I was kind of nonchalant about, but I started out hard, and was on my way to running a nice time when I got hit with a devastating cramp that I am still feeling three days later.
