This can be done Monday or Tuesday...

I'm looking for 4 miles but with a little twist:
For each mile, Run .75 easy, run .25 miles moderately fast.(nothing like doing 400's at the track) but maybe close to 8 pace or a bit faster for the .25's if it's not too blazing .
The easy can be pretty slow and comfortable because I am mainly looking for a significant change of pace;)
