Comments:
I ran 4 mile on the beach out and back. My legs didn't feel great from yesterday and I was still dealing with some side stitches. Though I felt some minor discomfort, I still started out way too fast. When I'm running alone, I just like to drop 6:40s naturally, so I put on the brakes and forced myself to run closer to 7 mins. It was close to 80 degrees, so the sun slowed me down anyways on the last 2 miles. Overall, not a great run, but not a bad one, ya feel? Still sticking with my mileage plan.
