Comments:
The workout was 4x500 with 5min rest, tempoing the first 350 at 1500 pace the go for the 150. I really like this workout!! I think this week was easier than last week but it was still a solid workout and I'm glad they were faster. My back was an absolute mess though. I was in so much pain all day at school taking ibuprofen didn't even help. The workout would have been a lot better if it weren't for my back. It's so frustrating. I really need to be able to take like 5 minutes between each period at school to relax it especially on bad days.
