*goofed up and forgot to hit the split after the first .5 interval so that time is a little off. Did a 2 mile walk to cooldown. Looking forward to seeing if I can run 5 miles tomorrow lol. Hopefully my body remembers how

Stop stretch..... do some true warm up stuff to get the blood flowing....

Run .5 miles moderate(not much faster than easy pace)
Walk 1 min
Run .5 miles a bit faster (maybe 9 to 9:15 pace if I had to guess)
Walk 1 min.
Run .5 moderate
Walk 1 min
Walk .5 faster

Total will be about 3 miles... but just want you feeling ok.
