Whether in am or pm at run club

Looking for 4 miles as follows:

1 mile easy warm up
1 mile moderately fast (somewhere in high 7's would be great)
Jog .25 miles
1 mile moderately fast again
Jog .25 miles

If feeling good and want to add an extra cooldown mile or so, go for it!
