Kilian Jornet just summited Everest twice in one week and I'm complaining about a 2-mile ascent...
On the bright side, this trail is perfect for working on my uphill walking! I've already made a lot of progress and I'm finding that I'm starting to naturally lengthen/shorten my stride & alter cadence as needed, which I'm happy about! I'm definitely feeling it in my glutes.
The Loco Go Big Or Go Home Challenge 50k/100k takes place tomorrow and I'm really starting to regret not having signed up... but I'll thank myself when I'm out on the AT next month (and walking upright).
