This can be done Monday or Tuesday...
As I mentioned , it's different than usual by being more speedier but I think good to Switch things up sometimes.

If you could just give me the 90 second splits that would be great...if I s a run that's totally based on time and effort ...

Warm up 1 mile easy:

Then:
Run 90 seconds fast pace(let's really try to focus on form and quick feet for this piece)
Walk 1 min
Jog 1 min

Repeat that specific 3 and a half minute set, 4 times for a total of 5 sets.
The one minute walk and jog in between should give you enough time to recover and go fast again. And again, No need for every split!!
But the 90 second pieces and overall mileage would be good to know as well.

Had a few issues with watch keeping track...First one is a little longer than 90 sec, hope i didn't screw this up that bad...and somehow did 1 extra one :)
