Comments:
Important to get s longer effort in today to keep a strong aerobic pace.
I'm looking for 9 mikes with no pickups or anything, but please be sure to stop a few times for fluids. It's not a big deal to stop the watch and take in some Gatorade/ water in Florida summer training!!!
