Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Beginning to taper off... Did a set of 4x500 on the 8:00 hitting 6:40, 6:45, 6:40, 6:35. Then I did a couple 100's easy.
While swimming though, there was some old dude in the lane next to me. And I noticed he was a bit of a stronger swimmer than most other people that swim here. So as the self-proclaimed King Of The Oak Square YMCA, every time we were swimming side by side, I would pick up my pace a bit to make sure he was put in his place. I wasn't going to let some random old guy think he was a better swimmer than me, the King Of The Oak Square YMCA.
After I was done, I noticed that he was actually using paddles the whole time. So he probably wasn't actually that good anyway.
