Long run with tempo

Ok I gave the same workout to holly. I really am stressing to both of you guys and maybe Angel too that this needs to be within the run. We can't always just run long runs the same in my experience;)

I would like it if you could make the first 3 miles easoecially easy and slow, THEN: pick up pace for middle 3 miles but not too extreme. Maybe somewhere in 8 to 8:30 range and then back down again for last 3 miles...

Like I said, it's good to get some faster anaerobic stuff on long run day, so if you could make those middle 3 miles the fastest or at least a harder effort that would be great!
