My back is still fucked up

So all that driving I did this weekend really fucked up my back. The 70.3 probably made things worse, but I was honestly hurting a bit from driving TO the race. I vividly remember not being able to take full breaths on the bike without feeling shots of pain in my back. After the race it hurt a bit more, but then driving back it was HORRIBLE. The last few days have been dreadful and I can barely get out of bed because my back hurts so much. I still can't take a deep breath or sneeze without feeling immense pain. Things have SLOWLY been getting better but I still definitely can't run. I might try swimming tomorrow though,, idk. I tried biking tonight for a bit but it was very uncomfortable - every time a move even a little bit I feel a shot of pain. This sucks bro.

Even so, I have no regrets about driving all the way to Wisconsin to do my race. This pain won't last forever.
