Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
If at clinic Will do some track work.
If not, am hoping you can do the workout from last week in the morning .

Warm up .5 mile easy
Run 2 miles fast (maybe 8 to 8:15 pace if feeling good)
Jog .5 miles very easy
Run 1.5 miles at similar speed as the 2 (same deal except if on hills than pace will vary)
Jog .5 miles very easy
Run 1 mile at that same effort.

This will turn out to be a 6 mile day, and again I'm not looking for anything crazy. Just want the effort to be increased for sure on the fast pieces...
