Comments:
I did a little workout today 3 minutes hard 2 minutes steady x5. Haven't decided if I'm racing in a 5k tomorrow or not yet. But I know I'm definitely doing one on Saturday the 8th super excited trying to get sub 30 minutes hahaha. Today's run was decent it was raining quite a bit kinda threw off my momentum because Im paranoid of slipping. But it's ok
