I'm really high mielage wise this week so I decided to bike for my workout today. This worked out good too because my legs were feeling a little tired. Breandon and Paul Curtiss were up there when I started. Brandon did about half with me before he finnished and Paul did all but the last 10 minnutes. He biked for forever. Tried to keep Rpm's above 100 on level ten. This ended up putting my heart rate in the low 120's for most of it. I sweated a lot though. Pretty good easy workout. We discused Barrak's new piece of hradwaere the Nobel Peace Prize.
