Ok lady...
As we mentioned, we are just getting back into things with a good amount of time off.
But you did get a good quality "easy run" in on Tuesday;)
And some anaerobic stuff yesterday too.
That combine with your pool workouts and previous fitness says that I think it will be ok to push on this one and go out in maybe low to mid 7's, but really I do not want you to feel pressure to do what you did in March and April.
We are in the heat of the summer and any hard effort you put forth will help for fall.
Try to use the crowd for energy in that first mile and make it feel as comfortable as possible. At half way through see if you you feel good and can concentrate on passing some people and speeding or maintains effort.
But basically this is one where you are just coming back. Have fun and no pressure!!!!
