Comments:
I wish I could just do (speed) workouts all the time and skip the runs. Anywayy I had to get up early to do hills by myself so I ran a little under 4 miles around downtown and ended up at the cemetary hill. The run part was freakin awful I felt like I was gonna puke the whole time but I held it together and I kept thinking how the hell am I gonna do hills after this but they ended up being really great. I felt strong and my form was great!! I also ended the workout really strong which I wasn't exactly expecting.
