Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Another double day would be great as we gear up for the half marathon. No clinic tommoro so am hoping the pm run can be a harder type.
Morning- 4 to 5 easy
Evening- 5 miles total. But looking for 4 mile tempo run either on own or at run club ..
Ease into the first mile as warm up and then let's really try to pick it up to tempo pace for 4. If you had a watch, I would say anything close to 8 or low 8's would be great in this weather.

did 6 in the morning .. pretty easy
5 in the afternoon..sarah said we did 8:11 overall, so I think it was close to tempo pace.
