Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I have been running for like 7 years now and I don't know if I will ever learn that eating a hot dog and a bowl of cereal immediately before a workout is not good. Now I know what you're thinking: I probably had an explosion out my ass during the workout today but alas, I actually did not! Instead that hot dog and all that cereal made this workout hurt in a different way. You know what I mean.
I am continuing to follow Jack Werner's workout plan:

I got slower throughout because I got tired and HOLY FUCK I WAS WET. Now if you know me you know that I sweat more than anyone else and it's not even close. After hot workouts yeah I usually have to wring out a few ounces of sweat from shorts in the bath tub, but today I also had to wring out MY SOCKS. And it wasn't even raining. Worse yet was that my towel was actually in the dryer so I had to dry myself off with some other shirts and paper towels.
Of course I did this workout around the reservoir where a bunch of other people were running too. It was 86 degrees with 60% humidity and again I WAS THE ONLY ONE SHIRTLESS. Like wtf??? weirdos.
