Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went over to Newton North High School cuz they have a mondo track and I thought it would be fun to run on that. Turns out Boston College, which is right across the street from me, doesn't have a track (L). Probably sucks for them to recruit since they have to travel about 2 miles to get to a track.
The only problem is that this track is kinda far away and I decided to run there instead of drive. It's about a 150 foot drop to get there, so the warm up was good but man doing a long cool down uphill ain't fun.
The workout itself was really good. There was some rec high school girls' soccer match going on on the infield. And while they were on the bench waiting for the game to start I got A LOT of looks whenever I ran by. Assuming these girls are from around here I wouldn't be surprised if I was the first person they'd seen shirtless tbh.
It was about 87 degrees and I was about as wet as I was two days ago from all my sweat. My shoes were straight up sloshing. I am pretty sure that whenever I ran by the girls on bench I was spraying sweat on them lmao.
