Ok as we are still transitioning back into things. Just a simple one.

Run .4 miles easy/ walk .1
Didn't feel too bad... the "cool down" was strictly walking after the 5k. A bit tender in the beginning but I'm sure it has to do with the pins from yesterday. I do "goof" I read this incorrectly did a 4 min run 1 min walk... not .4 and .1.... but I still felt good..breathing on track and "Peri" seemed to handle it well.
