Comments:
On Monday or Tuesday...
Would like to squeeze 5 in this week if possible..
And would be great if we could make today a wave run.
So alternate speed/effort every other mile.

Nothing crazy but if we go 1st mike easy pace in the 9's, 2nd mike harder in 8's, 3rd mike easy back to comfortable..
And so on!!
