In 2017 after looking back over training logs and trying to analyze my history with my right achilles / heel, I found a text I had sent to Monica on 9/24/16.
I said that my calves and achilles had been bugging me for quite a while. i had majorly reduced my running but I was still running a little bit, especially with coaching cross country. I was still having soreness in my calves when I woke up (as of 9/24/16). I had texted Monica a picture of a bruise on my leg near my lower calf / achilles which I had noticed after foam rolling this morning.
