Comments:
3 mile tempo 3 min rest, 1 mile tempo. Felt pretty good for the first 2.5 of the three mile tempo and then slowed down a very little bit, but still a good interval. The 1 mile was good b/c I pushed through being tired. Really helped having Tenley on the last one.
