Hoping this could be done Friday or sat. But may be hard. This would be your last hard anaerobic type workout until race, so if you can't do it exactly maybe just go by effort.

Warm up 1 mile easy

Looking for 4x 1 mile fast with 3 min rest in between

If you can't do this on a track or a flat road just go more by effort but would be great to shoot for low 7's for each to keep you sharp for next week!!
