**2 hours earlier start time makes a huuuge difference. felt good. taking tomorrow off completely. next pt is tuesday
Shooting for 6 miles again with a 5 min/ 30 sec. walk pattern
Only goal is to try to be a tiny bit faster than last week if possible and conditions descent;)!!
