At summer camp, I ran 6 miles down the Old Indian Trails and then a bit on the road. I did 2 loops and finished my last 1.5 on roads. I was originally running with a squad, but the trails were really narrow, the first mile was like 7:50, and I didn't like running from behind, so me and Wild Wes ended up going harder to have more room.

The trails loops were rolling hills and it sucked. It was hard to keep a good pace in there, unfortunately. The hills got to me in the second loop and Wes dicked on me lol and i ran on my own for the rest.

Overall not a great run, but the trails were fun. Got over 60 for the third week in a row, so woot woot!

Also shout out to my boy Paul Chelimo, 3rd place at the 5000 World championship. His motto has been mine all weekend "GO HARD OR SUFFER THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!! Also just send it.
