Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
* 4 miles at 6min run/30sec walk...I added 4 or 5 strides in just for the heck of it. Did a short strength workout and stretching after
Whether on own or at clinic
Warm up .5 miles easy...
I want today to be 3x 1 mike a little bit speedier than easy pace. But not trying to hit 9's or anything.
Run 1 mile moderately fast without walking or with very limited walking...
3 min. Rest
Repeat two more times for a total of 3.
I think if you try and hit the first one in the low 10's, you will be able to finish all 3 without regressing.
Hopefully I can be there to watch!!
