Ok, so today's workout felt amazing, i dont know where i got the energy to get through it cus i felt like death during the 2nd set but all of a sudden during the 3rd set i felt better than i ever have during any workout so far.

I finally figured out how to run up the Challenge Hill correctly by the 3rd set

The 200's were awsome.

No knee pain today, thank God.

*i dont know my times for anything, didnt have my watch on me, lent it to Jeremy for the workout
