Exercise Type: Run

I don't know what it is but I just feel so tired. But today I wanted to run two miles to see how fast I could get it and my first mile was 6:14 then my second mile was 6:36 so it's safe to say the second mile was rough .. but I think I did decent considering I haven't ran in a few days. (Sorry Kier) I'm going to upstart my running everyday for the rest of the year regime once school starts up and running. I'm going to be in a car for about three days so I won't have the ability to run while driving. I ran this morning on the street kinda had to stop for like 10 seconds because of the cars so I think if I ran it on a track I would've done better because stopping ruinined my momentum. (At least that's what I like to believe)However I'm going to lift tonight because I want to join a body physique competition so I want to get lean. I'm also planning on being a vegan or vegetarian until Christmas but I haven't decided which one yet.
