Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Uncomfortably hot, about 88 degrees
Comments:
It was a good workout in the sense that my average pace was 5 seconds under the target pace (as were most people), but bad in the sense that I felt awful. Breathing was bad, legs weren't great, and overall just felt very tired. Could be from many effects (morning run, first meet on Saturday, inhaler being clogged).
I hope to take the next few days at an easy pace so I can recover. Apparently going to hard on workouts isn't what coach wants because I'm pushing the boundaries too much and not preparing for the next race.
