Rest Day Needed

My legs felt pretty trash again in today's workout. I'm thinking I've hit that point where it'd be more beneficial for me to take a day off rather than run. This is what I did today (all continuous):

1 mile warmup
2 x (4:00 on, 3:00 off)
3 x (3:00 on, 2:00 off)
2 x (2:00 on, 1:00 off)
0.90 mile cooldown

I know I was supposed to be going 5K/8K pace for the 'on' intervals, but I was probably going closer to tempo pace. Whatever. I think I just need a rest day to get back on track.

I did this at the reservoir and someone was smoking a load of weed in one spot, so since I was doing a loop I got a good whiff of that dank kush every time I ran by.
