Weather: 70 and cloudy

Comments:
Today I ran a half mile warm-up then we stretched inside. After we ran 3 miles on the black path with a 4 minute break in between each mile. After we ran the 3 miles we ran 3 hills which was 1 mile with a short break in between each hill. Then we did some planks. During my run I was a little sore.
