Comments:
Felt really good today. Hit first mile slow and picked it up. Today was the first day that I felt I could keep a decent rhythm on the hills - good sign. Overall fitness is starting to get better. Maybe in a few weeks I can start actual training instead of just running, but schedule is causing some issues. I have a gig on St. Simons this weekend need to keep the running going.
