Well, this workout went pretty bad. I ran too hard of a warmup and was pretty much dead for the actual workout which was on River Trail. It was supposed to be 3 mile threshold, 4x200 at R pace, and 2 mile threshold, but I only did a 2 mile threshold and 4x200. I tried to add a one mile threshold but I just wasn't feeling it. RIP. Well whatever, first failed workout of the season. It happens, I'll be back next week for redemption.
