Comments:
I was doing okay at first, but after the second rep I kinda fell apart. I know it probably looked like the five of us were running together, but it was really just Lizzy, Zoe, Grace, and Ingrid who stayed together because I would fall back the second we hit the hill and wouldn't catch up till we were almost back to the start. Not sure why this workout got me more than the tempo miles. Could be the hill.
