shake out run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: warm but ok

took it easy today because my right foot has had slight pain walking around during work and walking around Cedar point yesterday. felt way better as the run went on, and if I cared a little less about Shot in the Dark tomorrow then I would have put in a few more miles today. So I'll just cool down long tomorrow or something.

I've found that no matter how sore I am from work or not sleeping enough and no matter how bad I think I'm going to feel during a run, it usually turns out at least okay, and usually never bad enough to not run that day.
