Comments:
Good. Shin trouble, but that's a speedwork on the CCT issue, rather than a me issue. I felt strong on the pickups. I ran with Lyle a few steps back of Ben for the first three pickups, and then picked it up a little for the last 3. Ran a little long on the 2nd pickup, that's why the time is a little different I pushed the '5k race pace' strongly on pickups 4-5 especially, but I felt in control for both of them.
