* only walked .05 for miles 2-4 and easy ran the other .05 on those.

If you ran Sunday, then just do this Tuesday.
If not, hoping we can get it in today..

Easy 4 miles as follows:

Run .8 miles easy
Run .1 miles fast working on form
Walk .1 miles

No need for splits... but do want you getting those .1 pickups in so work them hard knowing you have a .1 walk following..
