Ft. Reno Weirdness

Comments:
Blechh. Felt pretty poor and grass and terrain at Ft. Reno didn't help. Ran with Gnocchis. Lower half of shins were an issue. Good to have Evil Vile Levi back with us. Legs are tired in general from 32 miles last week. I need a real midweek light day. Won't long distance tonight as its kind of late. Was somewhere around 4.5ish in total.
