Cross Country Practice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cold, about 36° and very windy

Comments:
Today, Tom and I ran the course . . . twice. Since Lucas and Jimmy weren't there due to work, Tom and I took Mr. Clark's advice and got used to the hills. This is becuase we will be running them next tuesday at our home meet. The first was slow and the second was faster (due to gastrointestinal issues=( ). We tried to attack the hills and sort-of home-pace it for the next 200 or so after each hill.
