I'm getting in such great shape I'm so excited!! Hard work is paying off my first mile 5:46 then 6:17 my splits were bad but hopefully I can get them closer together as my training comes along. Goal is sub 12 two mile. It's crazy how when I first started running my goal was under 14 it's amazing how 4 months of running everyday can help. Kiersten you motivate me.
