Start easy and see if you can clip off some good ones around middle of run.
Take fluid and fuel a couple times throughout.
Try to give me overall pace if possible, otherwise no specific workout within!

did 16 easy.. overall pace around 9:30 .. just wanted to make sure I did not aggravate my left leg. Seems ok...
