Comments:
Nice easy treadmill running followed by a quality stretching session. My right hamstring has been tender and stiff ever since our Saturday outing to Eagle Island a few weeks ago. I think I reaggravated something that I'd hurt last year. . .

I really enjoy reading all of the great log entries out here. It's amazing to see our team bond this year and become better runners in the process. I love meridian xc.
